Eurocar Ltd. provides a far-flung dealership network, which is certified by Skoda Auto a.s., and covers the entire territory of Ukraine. Skoda dealer network offers a full range of services when buying a car, parts and accessories, as well as when using financial services (credit, leasing, insurance), warranty and after-sales services. For the most hard-to-please customers specialized individual orders of equipment could be formed and different versions of tuning are offered.

Furthermore, Eurocar Ltd. in cooperation with its dealership network offers our customers additional advantages: special loyalty programs, events, and activities for the owners of Skoda.

All Eurocar dealerships are mandatory tested for certification of Skoda Auto a.s. annually while Eurocar Ltd. quarterly conducts a detailed audit of its dealer network. Along with this, independent research agencies regularly assess each dealer's activities for certain periods. In addition, dealer’s staff at all levels participates in training programs conducted by Skoda Auto a.s., Eurocar Ltd., and leading training and consulting agencies.

However, Eurocar Ltd. never stops at what has been accomplished. The Company is planning to create a dealer network of European sample, which would be the best in Ukraine. To achieve this goal we continue to build conceptual Skoda auto centers in all major Ukrainian cities. Eurocar Ltd. is constantly increasing carrying capacity and facility of existing dealerships and service stations, expanding a range of dealers’ services, and go on passing the certification of ISO 9001. Well developed and efficient system of dealerships’ customer feedback is used, which allows to respond quickly to all requests and suggestions from our visitors.
